Most hotels in Sialkot are mid-range and aimed at business travellers, clustered around Defence Road, Wazirabad Road and the airport road, with prices that booking sites put at roughly PKR 7,000 to 12,000 a night for a comfortable room in 2026. Sialkot is an export city rather than a resort one, so it has plenty of reasonable business hotels and very little in the way of cheap or characterful budget places.

This guide covers the areas that work, the hotels that are listed with some consistency, and how to choose between them. Prices come from booking sites in US dollars and are converted at roughly PKR 280 to the dollar, so treat them as a guide to what to expect rather than a quote. They change with the season and the day of the week.

Which part of Sialkot should you stay in?

Defence Road and Shahabpura. This is where several of the larger hotels sit, including Royaute Luxury Hotel and Hotel Javson. It suits families and business visitors who want a modern hotel.

Wazirabad Road. A main commercial road, and the location of Hotel One Sialkot, in the Rauf Towers building near Sublime Chowk. It is convenient for factories and offices.

Airport road. Hotel de Raj is listed near the airport road, and Javson also has an airport branch. This is the practical choice for a late arrival or an early flight, and less so for sightseeing.

If you are here for sightseeing rather than business, the old city and Iqbal Manzil are some way from the newer hotel areas, but nothing in Sialkot is far in a car.

Named hotels and what they cost

These are hotels that booking sites list repeatedly. Check recent guest reviews before booking, because quality in a city like this varies and ratings differ widely between sites.

  • Marigold Hotel Sialkot: a 4-star, listed at about USD 32 a night on Booking.com, which is roughly PKR 9,000. It has one of the higher guest ratings on that site.
  • Mak Palace Hotel: a 4-star at about USD 24 a night on Booking.com, roughly PKR 6,800, with a restaurant and parking.
  • Royaute Luxury Hotel Sialkot: a 4-star on Defence Road, at about USD 43 to 61 a night depending on the site and date, which is roughly PKR 12,000 to 17,000.
  • Hotel Javson: on Defence Road, at about USD 51 a night on one site, roughly PKR 14,000. Javson Airport Hotel is listed at about USD 59.
  • Hotel de Raj: a 3-star near the airport road, listed from about USD 41 a night, roughly PKR 11,500, though its ratings are lower than the others.
  • Hotel One Sialkot: on Wazirabad Road, with sites listing it from about USD 78 and sometimes over USD 100, roughly PKR 22,000 and up. It is the dearest of the group.

These figures are wide because the sites compare different dates and room types. Use them for a rough sense of the range, and compare the hotel's own price with the booking sites before you commit.

Budget rooms

The cheapest hotels on booking sites start at about USD 24 a night, or roughly PKR 6,800. There are cheaper local hotels and guesthouses, but they are mostly not on international booking sites, and we have not been able to verify them to name any. If you need a lower price, look at the room before paying and check that the door locks properly.

Booking tips

  • Book ahead for business trips, when rooms are in more demand.
  • Ask whether tax is included. Booking sites often show the room rate and add tax at checkout.
  • Ask about airport pickup if you are arriving by air.
  • Pay attention to the check-in time if you arrive on an early bus from Lahore.

For a business trip, yes, since it is the practical thing to do.
