These terms
These terms apply to trips booked with [Registered company name], trading as Explore Pakistan. By confirming a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone travelling in your party.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation. Until then, prices and availability may change.

Prices and what they include

Mountain travel is weather-dependent. We may change a route, an order of days or an overnight stop in the interests of safety or because a road or pass has closed, and we will always aim for an equivalent alternative.

Insurance
Travel insurance covering mountain travel, medical treatment and evacuation is a condition of travelling with us. We may ask to see your policy details before departure.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and visa, for declaring medical conditions that could affect your trip, and for following the reasonable instructions of your guide.
We may end a traveller's participation without refund where their behaviour puts others at risk.
Liability

Complaints
